A: I was lucky enough to be able to come on board around this time two years ago. We were still in the menu development phase, which is a dream come true for the Chef de Cuisine of any large-scale restaurant like FEED, because that allowed me to be a part of creating the menu instead of trying to realize someone else’s vision.

We're Donating $1,810 to Partnership

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we joined forces with our friends at Tremont Tavern and 1885 Grill to host a series of giveback nights to benefit Partnership for Families, Children and Adults. They are the oldest and largest social services agency in the region. Growing with the Tennessee Valley, Partnership served over 45,000 people last year alone through their five centers of service: Crisis, Youth, Elder, Impoverished Families, and Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

FEED Co. Hosts Benefit Dinner for Epilepsy Foundation

Local blogger, Kate Robertson attended last month’s wine dinner benefiting the Epilepsy Foundation of Southeast Tennessee. Check out her blog recapping the event and the impact the disease makes in so many lives.

Last week, the FEED Co. Table & Tavern–a farm-to-table style tavern and family dining restaurant in Chattanooga’s Southside–hosted a chef’s wine-pairing dinner to benefit the Epilepsy Foundation of Southeast Tennessee. Diners enjoyed four courses of delicious, farm-fresh comfort food prepared by executive chef Charlie Loomis and his team.
